Terms and Conditions of Service Supply
Scope
The scope of work will be that set out in our Quotation (as attached). This will describe the work undertaken or to be undertaken, the expected date and time and the agreed or estimated price.
Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is highly important to us. Work undertaken will fully meet the agreed scope of work. The work area or premises will be left clean and tidy. Service will be courteous and professional and timely. Should work be delayed or issues arise the customer will be contacted, the issue explained and a solution offered. Every reasonable effort will be made to remedy faults and or issues should they arise within a reasonable time after the completion of work.
Timely Delivery
The services will be provided to the agreed dates, unless amended as both agree. Should access be unreasonably delayed this agreement to provide a service will lapse.
Price
The price will be as quoted. If fixed price then this sum must be paid on satisfactory completion of task. If the scope of the work cannot be priced at the outset then an estimate will be provided initially and a fixed price provided at the earliest opportunity. Alternatively, a price per hour or day may be provided plus materials at cost. Any change to scope will require a fresh quotation.
Payment
An invoice will be provided on completion. Payment in full is required no later than 28 calendar days from the date of that invoice.
Your Commitment
Invoices will be met in full in a timely fashion. Any changes to scope or timing or access or circumstances that may affect the conduct of the work will be confirmed at the earliest opportunity. Any satisfaction issues will be notified and a reasonable opportunity given to put right, if needed.
Cancellation, Amendment and Force Majeure
Should cancellation prove necessary and or circumstances arise beyond the reasonable control or expectation of either party they will notify the other as early as possible and work amendment and or cancellation would follow. Should a change to the scope be required a fresh quotation and agreed time for the services to be provided shall be agreed.
Communications and Authority
The parties will keep each other informed of all material issues affecting the scope and delivery of the described services and payment thereafter. Only those authorized to commit will communicate for each unless express permission has been given for a named third party to act on their behalf. Acceptance of the Quotation, as may by agreement be amended, will bind both parties to scope, price, payment and other conditions, as above.
